Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial. Nothing is charged during that time and you can cancel at no cost, so we recommend testing the Service thoroughly before the first payment.

If you are not satisfied with a payment, we refund it in full within 14 days of the charge date — no reason required. This applies to the first payment of a subscription as well as to renewals (monthly or yearly).

After those 14 days we generally do not refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, because the digital service has already been provided. You can cancel at any time; access then continues until the end of the paid period and nothing further is charged.

We are the seller, so refunds are handled directly by us:

• The customer portal in your account settings shows your invoices and lets you cancel.

• For a refund, email us at support@tattoodeck.com — we review it and refund via Stripe to the original payment method.

Requests are usually processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit appears on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If technical incidents prevented meaningful use over a longer period, we also refund on a pro-rata basis after the 14 days — just contact us.

We may decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse (for example repeatedly buying and refunding the same period) or where the contract was terminated for cause due to a breach.

Refunds are issued through our payment processor Stripe to the original payment method.

Tattoodeck is aimed at businesses and self-employed professionals, so a statutory consumer right of withdrawal usually does not apply.

If someone exceptionally contracts as a consumer, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services applies. Where use begins before the withdrawal period ends at the consumer's express request and with their acknowledgement, that right may lapse once the service has been fully provided. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.

Deposits your clients pay to your studio are not part of our subscription. You as the studio are responsible for refunding them and for your cancellation terms; we only provide the technical processing.
